Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic communication channels.
  • Provide prompt, professional assistance while resolving questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and document interactions within company databases and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and administrative teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Track outstanding requests and proactively follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process customer orders, account updates, and service-related requests as needed.
  • Support customer retention efforts through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Consistently meet service standards and key performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable utilizing CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and web-based systems.
  • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
